Q.  What can I get from ICC that I can’t get from any carrier or wholesaler?

A.  First of all, ICC is not a “wholesaler”; we fill many roles in our relationships with carriers, from Managing General Agent to exclusive Program Administrator to specially-appointed niche marketer.  And because we specialize in insuring restaurants, we have access to the most cost-effective programs.  Our market “clout” allows us to aggressively negotiate advantageous terms and conditions.  Other carriers and firms usually cannot provide the staff expertise that ICC has developed over 40+ years. 

Q.  Can I really get competitive terms?

A.  Yes—in two ways.  First, ICC will utilize our special relationships with carriers to get the most competitive pricing possible.  Then we will work with you to make sure you have the right program for your clients’ individual insurance needs.   

Q.  Can I get all the coverages I need through ICC?

A.   Yes.  We provide the full range of products: Property and Liability packages; Workers’ Compensation; Employment Practices Liability; Umbrella liability; Auto; Crime; Garagekeeper’s Liability (valet parking); and whatever other protection is needed for the exposures your client faces.

Q.  Can ICC handle multi-location or multi-state operations?

A.  Absolutely.  In fact, we have people on board who have considerable experience in arranging coverage for larger, more complex accounts.  They are knowledgeable in applying sophisticated risk management techniques to achieve desired solutions.

Q.  Can ICC handle risks in all states?

A.  Not necessarily.  Our competitive capabilities are strongest in states east of the Mississippi, but larger multi-state operations are good candidates regardless of the states in which some of the operations are located.
